Walden Backyards is headquartered just outside of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship exclusively to the continental US, with plans to expand shipping to Canada in the near future.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping on orders over $50 is free. For orders under $50, a $7.50 shipping and handling fee is included.
When will my order ship?
Orders received Monday thru Friday before 12 pm CST will typically be shipped the same day as received. Orders received Saturday and Sunday will go out first thing on Monday.

What is your return policy?
Orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. More details are available on our Return Policy Page.
